1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AutoArticle AI ("the Service"), including the WordPress plugin and the autoarticleai.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AutoArticle AI is a WordPress plugin that uses artificial intelligence models to autonomously research, write, and publish articles on your WordPress website. The Service includes a Pay-As-You-Go coin system and an optional Pro subscription tier.

3. Coins & Billing

  • Coins are purchased in packs and never expire.
  • Each article generation deducts coins based on the selected writing model and word count.
  • An overdraft cap of -3 articles is permitted. Overdraft must be settled before further generation.
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). All sales are final unless required by law.
  • Pro subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute coins or API access.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all articles generated by the Service on your WordPress installation. AutoArticle AI claims no rights to your generated content. You are solely responsible for the content published on your website.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutoArticle AI is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — editorial review is recommended.

7. Refund Policy

Coin packs are non-refundable once purchased. Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time; you retain access until the end of the billing period. Refunds for Pro are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
